糖烤栗子

金秋十月，正是栗子成熟和大量上市的時候。北京盛產栗子，昌平、懷柔等北部郊區的栗子非常有名，北京人也特別愛吃栗子，每到秋天，大街小巷都會出現 許多醣炒栗子的攤點，生意十分火爆。說起糖炒栗子，最有名的莫過於有著百年曆史的“王老頭”了。在崇文區劉家窯路景泰路口，有一家“王老頭”的門臉，不管 你什麼時候經過那裡，都會看到門前排起的長龍。尤其是在寒冷的冬季，當你看到人們在瑟瑟寒風中，耐心等待栗子出鍋的情景，不禁會感嘆栗子的強大魅力。

“王老頭”的栗子，是用特製的大鍋和特殊的沙子炒製而成，一般家庭很難效仿。隨著電烤箱的普及，我們完全可以在家裡，自己做出可以媲美“王老頭 ”的“糖烤栗子”。

原料：

板栗、植物油、白砂糖。

原料：

黃瓜一根

配料：

大蒜1個、醬油30克、辣子紅油30克、香油10克、鹽2克、白糖10克。

製作方法：

1、將黃瓜洗淨，用廚房紙擦去水份；

2、用瓜刨將黃瓜刨成薄薄的長片；

3、將黃瓜捲起來，整齊的放在盤子裡；

4、將大蒜攪成泥，加入辣椒油，放入微波爐加熱30秒，再加入醬油、香油、鹽、白糖；

5、將蒜泥澆在黃瓜卷上，就成了一道脆脆嫩嫩的美人黃瓜捲了。
